I am a trained professional chef, caterer, own Stillwater-Catering....., I specialize in allergen-free cuisine, that good and good for you. My philosophy: It is all about balance. I prepare food with the freshest ingredients, my whole heart, joy, and gratitude. Put simply I love what I do!
My taste in food is eclectic, international and can be adjusted to meet any special dietary requirement. I feel strongly that knowing where your food comes from is an invaluable part of promoting wellness, not only with your own health but inside your community as well. I value the efforts of local food co-ops, family-owned businesses, and small organic farms.
I have been catering at various retreats across the country, for several years. As the owner of Stillwater Catering, I have been solely responsible to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and preparation of all food. Many local farms provided the bulk of my ingredients and my menus varied with seasonal harvests. I hire, train, schedule and manage all kitchen staff, including volunteer workers, to perform our daily work in an organized, calm, quiet and joyous environment. I managed the budgets and my services, including my staff, always comply with local health regulations.
