Hello, My name is Luke Huntzinger, I was born and raised in Southern California. I am thirty one years old and currently un-married in San Diego, California. I have spent the last seventeen years of my life dedicated to crafting my technique in the food service industry. I have owned my own restaurant consulting company overseas and have been either Executive Chef or Sous Chef at almost every restaurant I have worked at since I was 18 years old. I love traveling and working in the different places I go to. I have worked in a variety of different restaurants in California, Oregon, Florida, New York, Virgin Islands, and Indonesia. From restaurants that seat 1,000 people, Michelin rated restaurants, and farm to table just to name a few. To further my knowledge about my craft, I spent two years working on organic farms in Oregon, Washington, and California to learn more about food and where it comes from. I've also worked as a private chef and a chef on board yachts. My passions are food and fitness and I have been lucky enough to be able to cook for many different clients with many different dietary restrictions. I work out 5 days a week, was a certified yoga instructor and really put an emphasis on the quality of food that goes in my clients bodies as well as my own. At the end of the day I love bringing people together over a meal and showing people that eating healthy can still be enjoyable. I feel very blessed to be able to use my talents as a chef and everything I have learned through my travels around the world to bring a unique experience to every client I work for.
