I am from india. I have completed dipoma in hotel managent and more than 8 years experince in commercial busy kitchen . I know to make indian cuisine,arabic cuisine,thai cuisine,seafood and continental cuisine etc..... peresnt i am working as a head of restaurant kitchen.
