I am a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu and have over twenty years experience in the culinary industry. I worked for Ritz Carlton for about 6 years (during which time we successfully made Linger Longer Steak House rank within the top 5 in Ritz Carlton restaurants worldwide), and was also Chef de Cuisine of the National Tavern at Reynolds Lake Oconee for 2 years (in which time we were recognized by Golf Inc. Magazine as #2 New golf restaurant in the country). My specialty is focusing on southern/creole/low country cuisine, though I also have a love of Asian cuisine. I am currently with Table at the Lake in Greensboro, Georgia, where our focus is fine dining.
