Chef in Baton Rouge, Louisiana

I'm born, and lived 30 years in Louisiana , and 5 in other states. I've been cooking in places since the age of 17. I have worked lots of different places of food in my life. The more I have worked, the more I wanted to know , and lean more of the safe way of cooking. I love to clean as I go, and be 100 % focus on my job. I love to cater more, because it gets to show the people face to face your hard work. You get more of a one on one with the chef. I'm a personal Chef at LSU Frathouse D.K.E. My job is to feed 35 guys Lunch, and dinner M - F. I work from 9: 00 am to 6:00 pm. I'm the only worker that works in my own kitchen on campus. I have worked my way up to this job , and looking for more. I graduate from Virginia Collage on March of 2017. I love cooking, and learn as I go type guy with lots of smiles and laughter with great food to see smiles on your face. Feel free to ask to come to the frathouse to see a lil of my great work.
