I specialize in custom menus for allergy friendly fine dining and pastry, as well as most classic cuisines including Italian, Mediterranean styles, and modern French. Meal prep is a key talent of mine and I'd love to fill the freezer and fridge with beautiful ready to heat meals.
I love working with color, texture and new ingredients whenever I have the opportunity but am well versed in the classics.
