I've done catering from the bottom up for over 10 years. In the last 4 years I've expanded to front of house Platform cooking at the University of Davis serving over 700 students in a three hour period. I love this challenge. I have great customer service skills. I'm a sponge quickly absorbing new skills and techniques. I have my California Food Handlers Certificate, PPE gear, ability to increase or reduce recipe yields. I'm a master Fryer, Griller, Flattops, Steamers, Combine Ovens, Tilt Skillets, Roasters, Bur Mixers. Keep track of temps, etc for HCCAP. Knowledge of Allergens. Ability to work efficiently, cleanly, and productively with no supervision. I've done inventory and ordering. Prep Cook, Line Cook. My goal is to obtain full time employment near where I live, doing what I love to do!
