I began my culinary journey trained under a more classic French cooking lens. I have worked fine dining to farm to table to creating outdoor kitchens and cooking from the land. I am an Ayurvedic practitioner and weave the teaching of ancient medicine into modern food. I focus on sustainable, local, and seasonal ingredients. I can cater to any special needs (paleo, gluten free, vegan, etc.). I am passionate, creative and love a unique culinary experience. Flavors, texture and colors continue to inspire me.
