My name is Chef Gail and I am a passionate chef based in Princeton, New Jersey. I am the owner of Opoku Catering and Events. My company specializes in multicultural cuisine such as Mediterranean, West African, Caribbean, Indian, Americana and Classic French. I am a professionally trained chef with a bachelor's degree from the prestigious Culinary Institute of America with over 13 years of industry experience. I am also a Food Scientist with a Masters degree in Food Science from Washington State University. I accommodate all allergies and diets such as vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, Paleo, Low FODMAP , low carb and more. We will also work with your nutritionst to design a delicious meal plan. My private chef service packages offer weekly or bi weekly meal plans. You can choose from drop off packaged meals or enjoy myself and my team to cook in your home.
