Working as a sous for 2 years at a fine dining restaurant challenged me to achieve perfection in every dish I prepared. With my Chef de Cuisine I ran a kitchen of 15 line cooks. Nightly specials, seasonal menus, and numerous private catering opportunities have trained me to think creatively and spontaneously. We served Italian cuisine mostly, which fit with my Italian background, so I have a modern flair applied to traditional Italian cooking as my primary cuisine. However, we also prepared fusion dishes; Japanese, Chinese, Indian, American Homestyle, Mexican American, and African cuisines are all achievable. I can provide every level of service from intimate, private dinners complete with a 5 courses dessert and drink pairing, or meal prep for busy families. My availability is very flexible, as I am a college student, so I am not limited to specific hours and can even have a meal ready by the time you get back from work.
