My name is Mason and I have been cooking since the age of five. My late grandparents taught me how to bake and cook. (Absolutely blessed for that.) I am an entrepreneur and I love to learn and try new ways to make everything more efficient. People look at my tattoos and a without even getting to know me judgmental thoughts poor through. I worked very hard to pay for my 32 tattoos. The ink on my body does not effect my work abilities. Vigorous ability to garnish and arrange food creatively and attractively to catch the eye. Outstanding communication and leadership skills. CPR and first aid certified (Bellmore-Merrick EMS volunteer). Sundays I help out with childcare and assist the DRE of my church. (SNUUC). I started working in the industry at the age of fourteen; I will be twenty in December. My first job was a server/bus in a popular Japanese restaurant in my hometown. From my experience there, I took that will me to several other businesses which also helped me get out of my comfort zone. Nothing makes me happier than making someone else smile. I cook with love and passion. I went to Wantagh Highschool as well as several trade schools. Barbering, plumbing 1, music, and graphic art are a few of my trades. I work well with people of all ages and backgrounds. My religions main belief is to inherit the worth and dignity of every person; therefor I do not judge. I don't believe in hate. When I had nothing else in live to turn to, cooking was one of the few things keeping my head up! I have endless references, a portfolio, and my own recipes! I look forward to hearing from you.
