My name is Joshua Harmon. I am a chef here in Dallas. I did a lot of my training in New York at places like Le Cirque, Twonhouse, The Dutch etc. I have worked in Dallas for chefs like Stephan Pyles and Blaine Staniford. I was the 7th chef of Kitchen LTO and opened my own restaurant Junction Craft Kitchen. While there we received many accolades and awards from the Daily Meal calling us the "Best restaurant in Dallas" to winnning best Southern Restaurant of the year by the Dallas Observer. We were also featured on Top 100 Dishes in Dallas list by the Observer as well as Best Burger. We went up for Eater Restaurant of theYear and I was chosen as Chef of the Year by Eater as well. I recently sold my shares and have been traveling, doing pop ups and events. I have been doing them with James Beard nominee chef, Misti Norris at her place Petra and the Beast as well as other places around the DFW. I am just looking to keep doing my pop ups and make some other money on the side. I’m known for my Asian-southern food but I can cook anything.
