Chef Paul specializes in small in home catering events for parties, offering a free in-home consultation to all potential clients to talk about menus, set up and to answer any and all questions. If you want an appetizer party, or fine dinner parties, Hors de oeuvres, or cocktail party, dessert or chocolate party, birthdays, anniversaries, holiday party, or whatever you can think of, or just because, Chef Paul will cater a buffet up to 25 people. If you would like a formal sit-down dinner party, Chef Paul will cater from 2 to 12 people (slightly larger parties can be discussed for any party you wish to give). Your menu can be customized to you and your guests taste and dietary requirements. Chef Paul is dedicated to fine food and service without taking shortcuts. You can be sure that nothing artificial is added, everything is fresh, and cooked from scratch. Chef Paul is present at your event from start to finish at no extra charge. He does the grocery shopping himself. Even if a particular ingredient is found in one store but is not up to Chef Paul's standards he goes elsewhere to find a better quality product. Unlike most businesses I promise that the way my food looks on my website and my facebook page is what it looks like when you order it. They taste as good as they look.
