Chef in Davie, Florida

Hi! My name is Jennifer. I live in Davie with my husband and 5 year old son. My experience in the culinary industry are vast and very well rounded. I currently work part time in a small nut free and vegan bakery. I also consider myself a foodie. I have been educated in many styles of food as well as certain nutritional diets including keto, vegan , vegatian and gluten free. In the past 8 years I have mainly worked as a baker/ pastry chef. Last year I did a part time job as a private chef making healthy freezable meals for a older health conscience couple. The wife mainly preferred vegetarian dishes. I also worked at canyon ranch in Miami for a couple years.There I learned alot about delicious, healthy vegetarian meals. I also have all their secret recipes!!! There I invented a vegan chocolate zucchini cake, which they later put in their cookbook. I love food in all aspects! I love learning, eating and creating. I have made dishes in many ethnicies; Indian, Peruvian, Mexican, Italian , French, Thai, the list goes on. What makes me stand out is that I can create delicious baked sweets as well.
