I am a chef with 20 years of food service experience including restaurants, business and industry contract work, consulting and health care .I have been involved with or directly responsible for all aspects of food service operations. I have managed staff, payroll, inventory, purchasing, menu development , implementation, sanitation, HACCP as well as local, state and federal requirements. I have very good staff, client and customer relationships. I would like to join an operation where I can apply as many of these experiences and skills as possible.
