My name is Andrew Colson. I attended and graduated from Scottsdale Culinary Institute Le Cordon Bleu in 2003-04. I have 20 years in the culinary industry, worked in about every type of kitchen in order to learn my craft, have owned a fine dining catering company, have been a personal chef, and taught cooking lessons. I am currently an executive catering chef for a nation wide catering company. I love what I do and am extremely passionate when it comes to cooking. My goal in life is to expand peoples palate and introduce new food experiences to those who crave culinary excellence.
