As a cook, I rely heavily on the availability of produce available to me at the time and base my dishes and menus off of those items through a lens of classic French cuisine. I like to simplify many of these dishes with the use of modern techniques that I have learned throughout my time in a variety of fine dining kitchens throughout the country. French food is what I gravitate towards most when cooking for myself, however I have experience in a variety of cuisines ranging from Southern American to Japanese cuisine.
