Hello there! I'm an experienced cook who is looking to work for an individual, couple or family and prepare fresh, healthy, mostly organic in-home meals for them. I know in this busy world its hard to find the time to shop and cook, and I want to help people with full schedules have access to delicious, nutritious home-cooked meals without compromising their busy lives. I've worked in a small community resort kitchen, a co-operative kitchen, and several bigger commercial kitchens, so I'm used to (and love!) working in a home-style environment without industrial-grade equipment. I'm comfortable and experienced in meat preparation, vegan baking and cooking and gluten-free baking and cooking, so I'm happy to accommodate any dietary restrictions. The exact terms of the arrangement can be worked out upon contacting me, but I'd ideally like to do the shopping once or twice a week - potentially at the Farmer's Market - and come to the house 2-4 days a week and prepare enough either just for that night or for the next few nights. I'd love to prepare food for packed lunches as well. Payment will be discussed upon contact, but a general price indicator is that I would work for no less than $15/hour.
