Hello, I'm Katrina. I am a graduate of ANACT's foundation track, and am currently finishing the professional track in May. My culinary training focuses on Ayurveda cooking through multiple cuisines. Ayurveda is a science of self healing that gives importance to food as medicine, and goes deep into the underlying causes of disease through self-awareness. When digestion primarily through taste, but through all the five senses, is aligned, disease disappears and body, mind, and consciousness are restored to its natural, blissful intelligence. My cooking will bring more health, clarity and calm in the mind, and energy to do the things you care to invest in your life.
