I began my professional cooking career in San Francisco with Californian Italian cuisine, and managing a cafe breakfast/brunch menu. I'm a well trained and seasoned Chef. I've worked in high standard kitchens including 1 Michelin starred. I was kitchen manager/Chef for small Meditteranean/greek concept, where I also helped develop menu recipes. And most recently opened and ran the food program at Homage Brewing in chinatown. I am experienced in pasta making, protein/vegetable cookery, open-fire grilling, recipe delvelopment/testing/marketing & kitchen management. I'm always open to new opportunities especially within a creative aspect including developing menus/recipes and food styled photos. I currently freelance as a private Chef for small dinners to catering parties and looking for more clients.
