My preferred approach to dessert menus is playful yet practical. I like to draw inspiration from music, fashion, and pop culture to create colorful and thoughtful dishes that can wow anyone, from timid tasters to the most adventurous of foodies. Ultimately, my goal is to help individuals take a healthy approach to prioritizing sweets in their life. I offer vegan, dairy free, gluten free, and/or kosher options. Additionally, I can provide baking lessons and staff training and consulting on dessert menu strategies, including but not limited to, cross utilization, budgeting, and costing. In 2018 I graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a B.S. in Baking & Pastry Arts. After graduation I moved to California where I worked for several restaurants in a range of positions from pastry cook, prep cook, and line cook, before becoming a pastry chef.
