As a seasoned chef based in the heart of New York City, I specialize in creating unforgettable culinary masterpieces that will tantalize your taste buds. I am an Italian Chef with many years of experience working at restaurants in NYC. I specialize in Italian and Argentine Cuisine. I have also owned many of my own restaurants across Westchester County NY. I've owned Paolo's Cafe and Paolo's Restaurant in Yonkers, NY in the early to mid 80's. I've also owned Trattoria Paolo's in White Plains, NY. Most recently I owned Nonno's in Scarsdale, NY but closed down after the pandemic.
