Hello world,
My name is David Massey, I'd like to always think of my clients as family.
I really enjoy cooking all sorts of cuisine with the freshest ingredients, from farmers' markets to fishmongers that make rare visits through our greater Park City mountains when ordered ahead of time. A blessing of mine is having some ADHD. I've become hyper-focused over the years on all sorts of cuisines for a few months at a time and then moved on to the next. So I ended up really loving fusions of French-style cooking techniques with Italian, Spanish, Indian, raw vegan, Paleo, British classics, and more. I'd say the only thing I'm not comfortable with yet is Asian flavors but I'm happy to pick that up if you enjoy it. Lately, I've been getting into learning about more Mediterranean/Classic Vegan options with another family in Park City.
I look forward to creating something truly unique together. Also I can provide multiple references from other prestigious families in Park City.

David was hired to cook an unusual and complex dinner for 8 of our close friends. It was a 4 course meal, including soups, salads, meat, fish and dessert. David was a delight to work with before, during and after the event. He took care of all the shopping, prep work and clean-up leaving us to enjoy our guests.
