Chef in Houston, Texas

I started cooking first, then went to culinary school, while also maintaining a job at a prestigious country club under a master chef. After some years working my way around the different stations in this kitchen, I returned to college for a degree in nutrition. I started a part time private chef job as well. I moved on to private and also personal chef work. I have a broad base in many cuisines, but have cooked healthier, more dietary specific dishes for years now. I enjoy the independent nature of private and personal chef work. I like working with clients and their preferences to come up with custom dishes and menus.
