Chef in Atlantic City, New Jersey

I love to cook. Private events and private homes are my favorite to work, they provide an intimate setting that you can't get in a restaurant. I have been a part time caterer and private chef for almost 25 years: Starting in the Napa Valley in 1995, relocating to Santa Barbara and now on the East coast, I travel to many states for catered events and floral design. In Santa Barbara, I worked as a Private Chef on a large estate. I briefly owned a restaurant in the Caribbean but am now working in south Jersey from Lavalette to Cape May.
