I graduated with honors from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh with an associates in Culinary Arts in early 2013, shortly after I started a job at a small Relais & Chateau as a prep cook where I soon took over as pastry chef where I handle not only all pastry dishes but also any cold dishes.
