I have cooked in many restaurants globally. Along with earning my BS in Culinary Management of International Cuisine from the Art Institute of Seattle, I've been trained in 'Fine Dining' French cuisine.
Besides working in restaurants, I have akso worked in Catering and Buffet fields. Additionally I have also taught small classes for interested people ranging 13 year olds to more mature adults. I feel I am well prepared to provide you an unforgettable dining experience whether it be a plated 'Fine Dining' or wholesome comfort food served 'Family Style'.
