After executing menus for NBC- Universal, with contracts like the Voice and the VMA's. At the same time catering for TV sitcoms such as 2 1/2 men, Moms, and the Big Bang Theory... All with different menus on any given day. So sufficeth to say " He can work and create a commercial menu to deliver success". Working closely with exceptional Chefs, listening and learning. That to this day, the training has proven invaluable.
In 2018 I decided I'm going to go Independent. That's where you come in!.. The Idea is to become a personal chef and in that, bring amazing meals to your home or business.
