I recently moved to Los Angeles after spending the last 5 years cooking in Berlin, Germany. Working in many different media, as photographer, designer, food stylist, recipe developer, private chef, and gastronomy consultant, I have come to self identify as a food artist, and am thrilled to continue on this path, surrounded by fruit and flowers in Los Angeles. While I am confident in my ability to learn and cook any dish or cuisine that will serve the needs of my clients, I am especially excited by working with hyper-seasonal, locally grown fruits and vegetables, humanely raised meat, sustainable wild caught fish, and artisanal dairy. I specialize in gluten-free pastry, and am very comfortable working with complicated diets.
