Chef in Houston, Texas

I am a 31-year-old chef with 11 years of experience. Born and raised in the city of Houston. I trained in classic French technique and Culinary school. Italian and Latin cuisine are my first loves. Having been in this line of work I understand and am capable of providing not only fresh meals but also a delightful experience which should always accompany any meal. I have developed and solidified my skills and technique by working in various Kitchens and homes around the country. My spare time is devoted to the research of food and beverage. Houston has taught me the importance of diet and nutrition. Safety and sanitation are the most important practices in my line of work. I am looking to work for/with either a family or individual with a desire for a talented organized chef who fits into their schedule
