Hi! My name is Alex and I have over 15 years of experience working in high end restaurants in NYC and San Francisco. I’ve worked at a number of Michelin starred restaurants and continue to cook every day. I’ve worked both front and back of house and have a love for both food and wine! My favorite food would be a piece of chu toro nigiri and my favorite wines are the funky whites from The Jura.
My wife, baby and I moved to South Lake Tahoe in 2020 and love it here. I look forward to cooking for you for special events or on your next trip to the mountains!
