Chef in Kalamazoo, Michigan

Mark is a Chef who had turned his focus to fine dining. After graduating top of his class he interned at Walt Disney World where he began working with chefs from around the globe. It's here that Mark began experimenting with haute cuisine and new gastronomy techniques. Since moving back to Kalamazoo, Mark sought out the best restaurant in the area and is currently working as the Sous Chef and learning new techniques under the Chef de Cuisine and the Executive Chef. He also enjoys cooking for dinner parties or special events.
