Chef in Alamosa, Colorado

I am an experienced retreat cook. I have cooked in over a dozen different countries in the last 10 years, mainly for Buddhist retreats but for other groups as well. I have cooked for groups as small as 4 and as large as 150. I am also familiar with special diets, cooking Asain and Indian dishes, vegetarian and vegan cuisine as well as raw foods. Each dish is unique and I am constantly learning so it's a never-ending delight!
