I am an Israeli American chef with a passion for combining the cuisines of North Africa, the Middle East, the Mediterranean and Europe. I highlight the flavorful food of these regions by using the bounty of fresh produce available at the LA farmers markets. My goal is to use the flavors of these rich and diverse cuisines in a contemporary way so they become warm and inviting. Meals will be focused on tracing ingredients through these various types of cuisine and seeing how different and delicious the results can be. I have over ten years of experience working as a caterer and private chef. I also offer healthy meal planning and delivery for busy families.
