Hello! My name is Stephanie Szpyhulsky. I am a certified and experienced chef and baker specializing in healthy cooking and nutrition. I've been cooking and baking since I was 11 and since then my passion has grown tremendously over the years as I gained knowledge and experience in my chosen career. I have a Culinary Arts Associate and a Baking and Pastry Arts Associate from Johnson and Wales University, a certificate in Sports & Exercise Nutrition that I received online from Shaw Academy; as well as a Food Service Management Bachelors Degree from Cork Institute of Technology. I am constantly researching where the food industry is heading and developing recipes that not only taste amazing, but fuel the body in the right way. Healthy eating is a way of life that makes you feel better, live healthier and live longer. I am really looking for the opportunity to teach people that it is not as hard as it looks to be healthy and I want the chance to change peoples' lives for the better by teaching them how important it is to fuel your body with goodness.
