I am looking to do what I love most- cook and bake! I used to have a bakery and full catering business in Manhattan Beach CA. From there I was discovered and worked as a Creative Culinary Consultant for a restaurant group for 5 years. I am breaking away from a salary to gain more freedom to cook for individuals rather than the masses. I am seeking to work with awesome families who value good food or simply catering your next event. I am willing to travel as well! My style is rustic and healthy. I gravitate towards Italian, Mexican, and Californian but I love trying new recipes to add to my large collection. I am happy to accommodate dietary restrictions and requirements.
