For 30 years I have immersed myself in all aspects of culinary education and culture. I am highly trained in Italian and French cuisine. I have a strong passion for creating new and exciting dishes as well as crafting traditional dishes soaked in history and stories. I have had the opportunity and privilege to work in many different hospitality environments. Everything from private golf and yacht clubs to upscale gastro pubs and everything in between. I came up in this industry 3 decades ago when chefs were chefs and their passion was creating and exceeding their own expectations on a daily basis Outside of creating dishes everyone can and will enjoy, my biggest passion in the hospitality industry is to train and “grow” young cooks and chefs. Helping the new up and coming group of future chefs gives me hope that this beautiful industry can keep growing in the right direction. I love to fail as much as I love to succeed. I find great success in both.
