I have been working in Food service for 25 years. I have 14 years in school food service so I have knowledge of state Food safety standards. I hold many certificates including Safe Staff. I now work as a chef in a hospital preparing meals for the cafeteria. Free style cooking for 2-300 a day on my own. I have knowledge of safe cooking and holding temps, Fifo, inventory control etc. I am confident in what I do and take pride in what I cook and how I present it.
