I am a professional chef currently in Vancouver, WA, originally from Wisconsin and lived in Austin, TX for six years learning bbq, running a personal chef business, a food cart and a meal delivery service. I opened up two restaurants from ground up in Wisconsin after culinary school before figuring out restaurant politics aren't for me and moving to Austin which has a great music scene, hot but beautiful weather and the will to pursue a new chapter in my life as a personal chef. This has been my reality since 2010. I love what I do which keeps my life low stress and fun :) My main service is weekly meals starting at $300/wk plus the cost of groceries. Menus are created weekly and completely customizable. I also do all types of catering. Anywhere from dinner for two in your home to hundreds for a wedding and everything in between.
