Chef in Revere, Massachusetts

I am able to teach a staff and to train them ServSafe Instructor , I am a strong worker with no problems doing anything needed. I wash dishes, do floors, trash anything that I would ask anyone else to do. I can run any station and am strong with costs and controls no limitations to what is needed in a kitchen. Strong with pairing food to beer wine and cooking with them. I have owned my own business and understand the many issues that one has in that position. I respect that and treat all with respect. I don’t smoke drug or act like an idiot, although I have had and worked for and with many. I have good bones on the North Shore having Kernwood Country Club, Hawthorne Hotel, and Corporate Chef for Ipswich Shellfish . Any questions please reach out I can get going as needed.
