I am a hard worker. I know many different techniques and can use those to create fusion foods or simple but nutritious dishes. I am a local Mainer who knows seafood well but also has worked at high end steak houses. I cook for my niece and nephew who are picky eaters. I would love to hear your favorite foods and throw some ideas at you. I’ve made menus before at a few places and am not pretentious.
