Over the past 15 years have also run a small hotel on Hampton Beach while working my other jobs that you will see on my resume. I recently bought a home in Hampton and left the hotel I was managing. My dad was a very successful general contractor throughout his life. Many times I was called on to help out. Therefore I am able to cut costs fixing small problems myself instead of hiring a professional for minor equipment repairs and other small fixes. I went back to school to Johnson and Wales to hone my skills, I graduated top of my class in 1996. I spent several years in my late teens and early 20's working at various restaurants gathering up as much knowledge as I could. In 1992 I knew the restaurant business was right for me so I pursued a college degree to further myself in the business. Since then I have taken several long term leadership positions. I have 20 years of management experience and 10 years working my way up to management, plus a 4 year degree. In my position as owner of The Butcher Shop & Fish Market Restaurant, I was responsible for every aspect of my business. I recently sold the business.
