My name is Stephanni, I am the Chef and owner of my catering business called "Savory Kitchen". I have managed to successfully cater many various events, some including formal dinner parties, Holiday parties and special occasions, to also acquiring a position as a private chef for a family, I have been in the culinary industry for 6 years, having worked in the kitchen of 5 different restaurants located in the West Palm Beach area. Florida Culinary Institute is where I attended and obtained my Associates of Culinary Arts Degree. As far as my style of cooking goes, my background is Asian fusion with spanish influences, but I also have great experience cooking very nutritious foods using products that are organic, Gluten Free, Dairy-Free, Vegan and Nut-Free, I also had to manage cooking with no oils and butters with a previous client. My techniques and knowledge is very extensive when it comes to cooking and I have had to face many challenges, that I have accomplished successfully. My work ethics are simple, I hold great integrity when it comes to the delivery and presentation of my food.
