I have great communication skills, people say I am funny, I love to cook. Do it well. I’d like to set up classes for all types of folks and even kids! I would like to work with anyone who wants to learn about all types of cuisines-cooking. I would like to teach people with disabilities to cook and to feel creative in their own kitchens or prepare people for work. I have run kitchens and have taught in the past. I can develop menus, cost out recipes and an servsafe managent certified. I would like the freedom to be creative while sharing my love of good food with people who want to learn how great it is to bring people and families together with food .
