I will also use my connections with local farmers, ranchers, foragers and fishermen to find the best ingredients available. I will take care of all purchasing and invoice the client. I am available to cook 7 days a week with no restrictions and I am available for travel as well. I also have experience in wine and beer pairing and I have solid experience in craft mixology.
