I would really like to find a job where there is true advancement and in a true kitchen. I love to make food that looks great and taste amazing. I’ve been cooking for just over ten years and most of those years as a short order line cook, nothing too fancy. Really would love to be able to be creative on a plate again. I’m motivated to learn as much as I can, and strive to be the best I can. I’ve worked in a very fast paced line for almost 5 years so speed has to be there. I’m easygoing and easy to get along with, and I hold my temper and handle kitchen stress very well.
