I am a health chef focusing my passion on educating clients about food and the benefits it can provide to one’s physical ecosystem. I cater meals towards clients who have specific dietary needs. Vegan, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Ketogenic, Macrobiotic, Diabetic, Gluten Free and Plant Based Transitional. I come from a Health & Dietetics back round so a lot of my ethics are science based first. I went to culinary school and used both of my passions to work for NBA, NFL, PGA, & LIV Tour athletes making sure their nutrition was aiding to their athleticism. I work with a ton of families and couples with children so taste is always #1 on my priority list.
