I am a versatile Chef with loves to cook with seasonal products and who keeps up with culinary trends. I'm looking for an exciting opportunity where I can be challenged and share my many years of talent with a staff that wants to learn and grow. I love to deliver unique culinary experiences to my guests, and ensure they leave happy with the hospitality they received. My main experience lies in Latin cuisine, but through my consulting career, I love to create and cook recipes from around the world. I would love to continue to grow and cook in a creative environment.
