I have been cooking since the the very late 1900s, so i have all basic cooking skills under my belt but i have my own recipes as well. I bake breads, make my own butters and i have a few stellar desserts. I recently moved away from New Orleans as a Chef at The Doris Metropolitian and Marcellos italian wine bistro, both 5 star establishments. I am knowledgable of food and procedures but I feel my Cajun recipes from back home are my strong suit being that ive been cooking them since i could walk. My italian is to die for but I also have some Cuban designs too. Ill make your eyes smile, mouth water and your stomach fall in love..." I Guarantee..." Chef Justin Wilson(my favorite Cajun chef)
