I’m ready for a change! But the true question is are you? I provide what the client wants! Weather it's a type of food down to the scheduling ,weather it's the amount of food to if my job requires travel I'm willing to go above and beyond my calling to improve and encouraged you to do better and be the better you. I prepare the menu based on my clients pallet. Go shopping for the finest ingredients to allow my client to indulge in pure ecstasy and Bliss. Finally I ask my clients for feedback to improve our next encounter and to hold not only a conversation but to get to know them as family and not just a job..... clean and sanitize my cooking quarters and my perimeter. Willing to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner, and you can't forget about the tasty delectable desserts. But what makes me different from the competition is that I'm always willing to learn if I don't know already. Most of my talent comes from observing past generations and well taught chefs/cooks. The hunger and passion to want to have a new experience and sharpening my knowledge and I'm always willing to teach as long as the knowledge is within. There's no limitation on our success together. If there's something I lack in providing weather it's info or a specific thing or dish I'm willing to get educated, invest in going to school to better serve you and your wants!
